Our Premium Home Plans for Wellington New Builds are available to use as they are, or we can adapt them to your liking. There is also a larger range of different size and style house plans available. You can use them as is or as inspiration to start your creative juices flowing to create something new together with us and our architect. We are also more than happy to use house plans you may already have.
