Call Steve on 021 491 897 or complete the online contact form. You will then be sent a quick questionnaire to ensure we will be able to help you build your dream home. Once we have this information, we can secure your free consultation onsite or at our office so we can begin this journey.

 
 

Meeting together gives you the opportunity to get a feel for our company, to see if we’d be a good fit and if you’re comfortable entrusting us to craft your dream home. This is a time to bring all your ideas, clippings, mood boards and plans if you have them. These will help us to get a better understanding of your vision. You can ask any questions you have, and we will discuss our process in depth along with your vision, needs, budget, timeline, and council permits. This will ensure we are all on the same page and one step closer.

 
 

If you already have plans drawn up, great! If not, we will partner with an architect who will best compliment your vision and needs to produce concept drawings. When the concept drawings meet with your vision and approval, a preliminary quote will be processed. If needed the architect will amend the design till the drawings and your budget match. Once this is achieved, working drawings will be completed so they can be submitted to the local council for consent. It is important for us to work with you to ensure the scope of works fits within your budget. We make sure nothing is missed. Often details may not be obvious from an architect’s perspective, but these are picked up by our team who are on the ground with these projects daily.

 
 

From your working drawings we will provide you with a fixed priced contract so there are no nasty surprises along the way. It is important to be thorough when planning at the start so minimal changes occur throughout the build as these may affect your move in date and will add extra cost into your budget. However, we do understand, and we are more than happy to meet your changing needs thoughout the build. These are called variations and are where we make changes to the plans as we go.

 
 

Once the foundation is out of the ground you will get to meet our amazing team as they start to stand the frames of your dream home. A time will be set for a weekly site visit and at the end of each week you will be updated via email with a detailed progress report that includes photos. This is followed up with a phone call from Steve so you can discuss any questions, concerns or ideas you have. We have found this to be the best way to make sure you are kept up to date and in control of your project and helps us stay on top of any variations or issues that may arise.

 
 

Once your home is completed it will have its final inspection by the local council and will be issued with its Code of Compliance Certificate. A time will then be made for you to have a walk through with Steve so you can be sure you are 100% satisfied before our cleaners come and make your house sparkly clean and ready for you to move straight into. At this time the balance of your account will be invoiced.

 
 

This will be the day we hand the keys over and you can move in! You will also receive all plans, photos, guarantees, warrantees, instruction booklets and anything else to do with the building of your new Cornerstone Home.
